I'm Aaron Boshart.

I've spent my career on two tracks: leading operations in regulated industries, and building healthcare IT and software. Sentaur Group puts both on the same engagement, so the person who sets up the org chart, the KPIs and the SOPs can also build the systems that run them.

On the operations side, that means licensing and compliance across multiple regulators, building teams and the cadence that keeps them accountable, and stepping in when things go wrong. On the technology side, it means interoperability, systems that can't go down, and software built around how a business actually runs.

I work with owner-led companies, regulated businesses, healthcare organizations and founders: as a fractional executive, on fixed-price projects, or as a second opinion when it matters.
